ISO 9001
This service quality standard guarantees to our customers that our service processes are based on best practice. As part of ISO 9001 Datashredders work within BSEN15713, the European Shredding Standard and BS7858, the Staff Security Vetting Standard.

 

ISO 14001
This standard is designed to help organisations minimise any negative effects their operations may have on the environment, to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other environmentally oriented requirements, and to continually improve our standards.

 

ISO 9001/ISO 14001 Certificate Annex
This certificate confirms our standards for best practice for ISO 9001 and 14001 within both of our operating sites and shows our extension to scope.

 

SafeContractor
Datashredders has achieved the SafeContractor accreditation by following an assessment of the contractor’s health & safety documentation, and compared against the SafeContractor Charter Standards, which set out the health & safety standards required to achieve accreditation.

 

ICO
Datashredders is registered with the ICO. ICO Registration is a legal requirement for organisations that process personal information, and our licensing fee helps to fund the important data protection work that the Information Commissioner’s Office undertakes.

 

BSIA
Datashredders are proud to be members of the BSIA – the trade association in the UK for the professional security. The BSIA have been leading and shaping the security industry for over 40 years.

 

The Recycling Association
Datashredders have been members of the Recycling Association for many years. The Recycling Association is the trade association for UK recycling companies.
